Taffetsauffer & Jones recognise as a company that they have an obligation to meet the requirements of current legislation on safety and health as a minimum standard of performance. This will be achieved by taking a pro-active approach to the management of safety and health as an integral part of managing a successful business, and the involvement of management and employees in order to constantly improve company policies and procedures.

Taffetsauffer & Jones comply with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006, the Safety, Health & Welfare (General Application) Regulations 2007 all relevant codes of practice and all other relevant other legislation and best practice.
